She has more than 20 years of experience in human services as a senior executive, administrator, researcher, and direct service provider in both public and private nonprofit organizations. Jennifer offers expertise in organizational development and change management, strategic and business planning, human resource development, organizational performance management, research and evaluation, and resource development. She has published and presented to professional audiences regarding leadership development, change management, data-driven decision making, systems of care reform, and outcomes management. Jennifer has also led national and regional leadership development initiatives. She currently provides consultation and executive coaching to community organizations in the areas of strategic planning, leadership, Board development, organizational architecture, resource development, stakeholder engagement, and program evaluation. In 2015, Jennifer was recognized by Columbus Business First as a C-Suite Award honoree in the Non-Profit COO category. She holds a Master’s degree in clinical psychology from the University of Dayton and a Bachelor’s degree in psychology from Augustana College in Rock Island, Illinois.
