Respite Connections Inc. currently has a position available for an Administrative Assistant. This individual provides general office support to the CEO and Administrative team by handling a variety of clerical activities and related tasks. The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for answering incoming calls, directing calls to appropriate associates, mail distribution, flow of correspondence, requisition of supplies as well as additional clerical duties.
Applicants must have a clean background check, reliable transportation, auto insurance, valid driver’s license. Drug-free environment.
Education and Experience
High school diploma generally required
Knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures
Knowledge of computers and relevant software applications
Knowledge of customer service principles and practices
Keyboard skills
Seeking individuals who are dependable, responsible, out-going, energetic, and fun.
Pay rate is $9.50 per hour
Hours are 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, Monday – Friday
