Recruiter - American Red Cross, Columbus

As a member of the American Red Cross Talent Acquisition team, you will be responsible for full life-cycle recruitment for our Biomedical Services Division.
Since we are an Affirmative Action Employer your attention to detail in the sourcing, screening, assessing, interviewing & selection phases will be key to maintaining compliance with OFCCP requirements.

Work bench usually includes 20-35 reqs at a time for a total of about 120-200 req's filled per year, primarily in the healthcare industry (phlebotomists, nurses, lab assistants, etc.).

Additional responsibilities will include out of area requisitions as the Red Cross moves towards an increasingly virtual recruitment model.

We work at a very fast pace so a high energy level, drive for results and the ability to resourcefully overcome obstacles are essential.

Job Requirements
Education, training, experience:
Well-qualified candidates will have a solid recruiting background and a track record of being able to build & leverage relationships to achieve hiring goals.
Candidates that are process oriented and have good tech skills combined with a warm, professional demeanor are encouraged to apply. We use ADP's Virtual Edge ATS, experience using this ATS (or a similar one) will be helpful.
