Description:
EFL Associates, a retained national executive search firm, is presently
engaged on a search to assist in recruitment for the President of the
National Tooling & Machining Association (“NTMA”), a non-profit
nationwide association representing 1,400+ members, with 15 employees
and a $3 million budget. The NTMA serves as the key advocate for the
precision custom manufacturing industry – a $40 billion business
segment. It is in the process of relocating to Cleveland from the
Washington, DC area.
Qualifications:
• Knowledge of discrete manufacturing-type industries.
• Leadership in a similar non-profit association or an industrial
organization as an owner, president, general manager, divisional senior
operating officer, or comparable role.
• Budget and financial oversight (P&L), strategic planning, contract
administration, and supervisory experience.
