Description:
Flexible opportunity: Part time or full time; staff or professional
service contract; 30 – 40 hours.
Facilitates the active treatment of individuals with developmental disabilities; assess individual’s physiological/functional health status; prepare, deliver & document plan of care; consult/meet with interdisciplinary team members and physicians.
Minimum Requirements:
Certified Occupational Therapist licensed by the State of Ohio; 2 years
licensed clinical experience; previous experience providing care for
individuals with developmental disabilities preferred.
