Description:
The Make-A-Wish Foundation of Greater Ohio, Kentucky & Indiana is in
search of a Full-time Development Associate in the Louisville, Kentucky
region. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting the
development process and efforts within the policies and procedures
established by the National Office and local Make-A-Wish Foundation
chapter, for developing and implementing initiatives to solicit
individual, school & community prospects and donors for major gifts,
ensuring a strong base of ongoing financial support for the Make-A-Wish
Foundation®, Louisville, Kentucky Regional Office. Additional
responsibilities include, but are not limited to, designing and
implementing special events, implementing special projects, and
external/internal event oversight. Interested candidates must possess
excellent communication skills; ability to articulate the Foundation's
mission and charitable giving vehicles to a diverse group of
constituents.
Interested candidates must possess a Bachelors Degree in a related field and have a minimum of three years experience in development and special event planning.
